Payment Terms & Conditions
 
50% Deposit required at time of booking, balance due on arrival.

This payment once charged is NOT refundable if your stay is cancelled or shortened for ANY reason but you may transfer your arrival date to another time only 1 transfer date allowed - You MUST give 30 days notice or Forfeit your deposit.

Should you cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival full accommodation rate is charged.

If you leave your Suite in a Clean and Smoke free condition then $100 cleaning fee will not be charge

AS THIS IS A NON SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT IN DOORS

Should  you require your Suite Serviced Daily add $30 per day to all listed Tariffs
